Dog really random couch digging ?
I have a schipperke, which is like a jack Russel on speed, he's about eight years old now. Recently, within two months, he's started " digging " at my couch. When I say random I mean he will be laying on the bed with me either half asleep or sleeping, get up trot his way to the couch, " dig " and come back.He doesn't sleep on it, unless maybe he does so during the day, but mostly just relaxes there and sleeps with me. He does not " dig " at the bed at all, but will occasionally do that dizzying circling thing. I keep. Quoting digging because he hasn't tore it or even really tried to. It just seems like he's scratching but in that " digging " manner.... Any thought from people smarter than me to wth my odd little dog is doing?

How to stop my dog from digging!?!?
He's a 5 and a half month old kelpie. He digs when we aren't home so I think it's out of bordem or lonilessness, but he has our other older dog to keep him company. I've tried putting balloons in the holes, so they pop they he digs, and we've tried covering the spots, but he breaks through whatever is there. Everytime we come home and he's been digging he runs down the back of the yard because he knows he's in the wrong.Because we thought it was out of bordem, we bought the dogs heaps of toys, like.. Armsfulls And it hasn't worked..Mums going spare, we are renting this house so mum gets angry because it's tearing up the backyard. It's mainly one spot.In 3 6 months we are moving onto our 25 acre property, which will be really good for him, but what can we do in the mean time? I don't want mum to snap and want her to sell him Thanks.

How can i stop my puppy from digging holes?
Ive tried a few things such as pepper, chilli and paprika etc on the area, tried putting his poop inside and on top of the areas. He has plenty of toys bones etc. Also tried leaving him in a play pen over night and he chewed through the wooden bars haha. Please if you have any ideas itd be a great help as i rent.He gets heaps of attention during the day. Walked only a few times a week but he is very active as we are on 5 acres and have a largrer dog that he plays with also. He is great with obedience he can stay, sit, rollover etc etc. He only digs at night.

How do I keep my cat from digging at my carpet?
Recently my cat started digging at the carpet by the front door because she wants out in the hallway. I think she might smell something out there that she wants? I tried spraying febreeze in the hallway and also spraying the carpet with a citrus scented spray I bought that's made to keep cats from scratching. Since she started this she will also dig at the carpet at my bedroom door at night if she wants out, and the same thing when she wants back in. I keep my door closed at night so my roommate doesn't have to worry about waking me.. I also live in an apartment so I'm really worried about her ruining the carpet. I have also bought her a scratching pad which she won't use. Any suggestions other than getting her declawed because I still have 2 more months before I can get that done.

My Bearded Dragon is Gravid and digging alot but no lays yet?
My Bearded Dragon only used to dig when she was warm and comfortable to go to sleep but now she digs quite a lot in her tank. I fount out nearly 2weeks ago she is Gravid as I noticed she was putting weight on and I felt a few lumps but now you can see the eggs through her belly. I have tried to help her with putting a laying box in the viv but she doesn't seem to want to lay. I have used damp sand in the viv, in a separate viv and in a box now but still no joy. I have vermi ready for when she lays. She has cut down on her veg and live food she only eats one hopper now. She wants to come out the viv and back in when she pleases and also when she out of the viv she walks back and forth along side the skirting board nearly rubbing her nose up it which I find cute and funny but strange as well. Is there any advice anyone can offer to help with the lay process please. Thanks, Jade

My frog is just digging himself down hiding in the moss and he doesnt want to eat, what is wrong?
My frog is just crawling down in the moss and he had become skinny and he doesnt want to eat his worms.. Why is that? I live in Sweden, and it was abit cold outside the days he was gone, do you think he was freezing? It was 20 to 30 outside, so it was cold inside too, but we warmed it up, can it be because of the cold? Its normal now, not too cold or too warm. But he still doesnt want to eat and he is still digging down in the moss..

Why are my cichlids digging in the rocks so much?
I know my cichlids like to dig, that's natural, but they are digging a huge hole under a log I have and it's so deep that a lot of glass is showing why are they doing this? It's making my tank look bad

Why does my dog behave this way after I have caught him digging in the garbage?
When I catch him doing something he shouldn't be, he begins to snarl and walk away. Not run, but walk with his tail down not between legs, just down , or he wags his tail really fast, He is a miniature poodle. I tell him he's a bad dog and tell him No. and He lies down and listens to me and stays down until I leave. But he repeats the behavior even after I have scolded him. Why?

My rabbit wont stop digging she is wrecking my backyard , how do i stop her?

My dog likes to "dig" on my matress?
He stays closed up in my room during the day because he's still a puppy and can get destructive when left alone. The other day when I came home and noticed a hole in my fitted sheet he drags my comforter off the bed to lay on while im at work . Sure enough, when I pulled up the sheet there was a hole in my matress. I know this was caused my him " digging" , perhaps trying to bury his morning treat. My question is, what can I do to correct this since I'm not home when he does it? He's 6 months old btw.
